Specialties: We are Miami's first and only 100% Gluten Free Bakery and Bistro. Established in 2019. Hey there! We are a family owned and operated Bakery and Bistro in the heart of Coral Gables. Dora was the great grandmother and grandmother of the current owners who suffered from Celiac's disease. Using some of her gluten free recipes and adding some of our own, we have developed a menu that everybody can enjoy!
